INDIANAPOLIS – Police arrested a 15-year-old suspect following a Wednesday night chase.
According to police report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the incident was reported around 9 p.m. Wednesday.
Traffic cameras showed the aftermath, with several emergency vehicles at the scene after a chase ended in a crash near the Rural/Keystone exit of I-70.
According to the police report, officers arrested a 15-year-old suspect on preliminary charges of auto theft and possession of a machine gun.
The teen was in possession of a Glock handgun, the report indicated. The case remains under investigation.
