INDIANAPOLIS -- Indianapolis metro police found an 8-year-old girl who was reported to be briefly missing from the city's south side Thursday night.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department's Missing Persons detectives were searching for the girl, who was last seen Thursday, Dec. 12, in the 4700 block of Noah Drive.
IMPD confirmed in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, that the missing girl had been located safely and thanked the community for assisting.
