INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis Metro Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a man in critical condition late Thursday night.
According to IMPD, Officers received a call just after 11:10 p.m. in the 2300 block of N Rural St. of a person shot, with a possibility that a second person had been shot.
When Officers arrived, they located an adult male with gunshot wounds, and was taken to Methodist Hospital in very critical condition.
A second victim was not located, police say a someone called in and thought there was a second victim.
Police had limited details because of a language barrier, but they do know that the victim was driving northbound on Rural St. when he was shot.
IMPD does not have a description of a suspect, or any known witnesses.
