INDIANAPOLIS -- More than a decade in the making, college football fans from around the world are expectantly waiting for the new NCAA Football '25 video game to be released next month.
As the release date inches closer and closer, EA Sports, the developer of the much anticipated game, is releasing various rankings that will be featured in the game, which will be available on July 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
EA Sports recently released the game's initial ranking of the "toughest places to play" in the game, including one Indiana stadium in the top 25.
Notre Dame Stadium, the home of the Fighting Irish, is ranked as the 21st toughest place to play in the new video game. The stadium, which opened in 1930, is one of the most renowned college football facilities in the United States and has sold out more than 270 consecutive games, according to the Notre Dame Athletics website.
The EA Sports website said that the game's development team complied a list of the top 25 toughest places to play in the game by factoring in historical stats like home winning percentage, attendance, active home winning streaks and team prestige.
