NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — A man was injured during a shooting in Noblesville on Sunday.
Public police reporting systems indicate officers were dispatched to the 17400 block of Ferris Street around 4:06 p.m. to investigate a shooting. A Noblesville Police Department spokesperson reported that law enforcement found an adult male who had been shot at the scene.
NPD indicated that the victim was transported from the area to Eskenazi Hospital via ground ambulance. Police reported that the man's injuries are non-life-threatening.
Investigators believe the incident may have stemmed from a drug deal. NPD reported that multiple suspects might have fled the scene in a vehicle.
