NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — Construction projects will force several roads to temporarily close in Noblesville this summer.
According to a press release, some of the projects will begin as soon as June 15. The closures are part of the city's reimagining of Pleasant Street.
City officials reported that, beginning on or after June 15, Pleasant Street between 8th Street and 10th Street will be closed. The intersections of Pleasant, 8th and 10th will remain open during construction.
The Indiana Department of Transportation will also be working on State Road 32 this summer, forcing closures near its intersections with 8th, 9th and 10th Streets. Once INDOT's project on SR 32 is done, the City of Noblesville's crews will close Pleasant Street between 8th and 12th Streets.
INDOT's work on SR 32 is expected to be completed by mid-July, per the city of Noblesville. Pleasant Street's intersections with 8th and 12th Streets will remain open during construction.
Noblesville officials reported that they are also planning to close 10th Street between Vine and Washington Streets.
