ISP arrests Warren County man accused of domestic battery, intimidation

WARREN COUNTY, Ind. -- A West Lebanon man is facing domestic battery and other felony charges after being arrested by Indiana State Police Tuesday morning.

Perry Elliott, 60, was arrested by ISP troopers on High Street in the town of West Lebanon following an investigation into a woman Elliott allegedly battered and intimidated inside a residence.

ISP said troopers obtained information during their investigation that indicated Elliott's alleged involvement in the battering of the woman. Troopers reportedly found methamphetamine in Elliott's possession while they were arresting him, according to ISP.

The Warren County Sheriff's Office also assisted in the investigation.

Elliott was arrested and transported to the Warren County Jail where he was preliminarily charged with:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine – Level 5 Felony
  • Domestic Battery – Level 6 Felony
  • Intimidation – Level 6 Felony
