INDIANAPOLIS — A police officer was injured in a crash on the northwest side of Indianapolis Friday afternoon.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department confirmed one of its officers was involved in a three-car crash. Public police reporting systems indicate the crash happened around 12:51 p.m. near the intersection of West 56th Street and Moller Road.
Per IMPD, the officer was transported from the scene to a local hospital in stable condition.
