Good Friday morning! Temps are cold yet again to start the morning and wind chill values are sitting in the single digits. As we progress through the morning, the sun will be out but it will not help our temps at all. Upper 20s are expected by lunchtime with a light wind.
Highs will struggle to get out of the 20s this afternoon, but a few places could hit 30°. Feel-like temps, however, will sit in the 20s for much of the day.
This weekend will feature a nice warmup, with highs returning to the 40s on Saturday and near 50° on Sunday. If you are heading to the Big Ten Championship Game, temperatures will be in the upper 30s by kickoff.
We will start the new work week with average temps and rain chances returning Sunday night.
