INDIANAPOLIS – It’s seven down, two to go.

The Indianapolis Colts signed two more of their nine-player draft class to four-year contracts: tackle Matt Goncalves (round 3, 79th overall) and guard/center Tanor Bortolini (round 4, 117th.)

Under the NFL’s rookie wage scale, Goncalves is due a rookie deal valued at $5.8 million with a $1.066 million signing bonus, according to Overthecap.com. Bortolini is in line for a $4.799 million deal with a $799,868 signing bonus.

Both participated in last weekend’s rookie minicamp and will transition to the Colts’ off-season workout program.

“It’s great,’’ Bortolini said Saturday. “You’re finally doing what they’re actually going to pay you to do. It’s finally nice to get some work at it. You’re not running 40s anymore, no more three-cones. As fun as it was, it’s finally nice to play football again. I think all that time you did put into school, you invest into football even more so now that it is your job. This is your career path.’’

Added Goncalves: “Unbelievable. I mean, it’s a dream come true. Stepping into that locker room, seeing the logo out here in Indianapolis, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. To be able to do this is a dream come true and I’m going to give it all at the end of the day.’’

The remaining unsigned draft picks are wideouts Adonai Mitchell (round 2, 52nd overall) and Anthony Gould (round 5, 142nd).
