INDIANAPOLIS --The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a missing woman who was last seen Tuesday on the east side of Indianapolis.
According to a news release from the department, 70-year-old Sharon Rainey was last seen on Tuesday in the 300 block of N. Riley Avenue.
Rainey is described as being 5’6", weighing around 200 pounds and having gray hair and brown eyes. Officials said that Rainey may be in need of medical attention.
If individuals have information on Rainey's whereabouts, they are asked to call 911 or contact the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at (317) 327-6160. Individuals are also able to contact the Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317) 262-8477.
