GREENFIELD, Ind. — A crash on Interstate 70 has brought traffic to a grinding halt near Greenfield.
Indiana State Police confirm that a crash involving several vehicles and a semi occurred just east of Greenfield and led to the jackknifed semi blocking the westbound side of the interstate.
Westbound traffic was temporarily diverted onto eastbound I-70 before another crash caused a temporary closure on the eastbound side of Interstate 70, state police said.
Interstate 70 out near Greenfield is now moving again in both directions but delays continue for westbound traffic.
State police said a few people involved in this accident were transported to a hospital but were not seriously injured.
