INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Transportation announced plans for lane and ramp closures on I-465 eastbound near Carmel on Friday.
According to INDOT, the closures start Friday at 9 p.m. More specifically, they will reduce I-465 eastbound between Meridian Street/U.S. 31 and Keystone Avenue to just one lane. INDOT said they are also closing the entrance ramps from Meridian Street/U.S. 31 to eastbound I-465.
INDOT said that the closures will last until Monday to restore pavement, patch bridge decks and conduct joint repairs, but they did not announce a specific time on when the roads will reopen. INDOT then added that these closures are subject to change pending weather.
