PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. — A Reelsville man was arrested for online solicitation of a minor on Friday.
According to Indiana State Police, a trooper and detective from the Putnamville Post were contacted by the Keller Police Department from Tarrant County, Texas, on Friday. KPD indicated a Reelsville resident had active warrants in Tarrant County related to child solicitation.
Around 1:15 p.m., police located and arrested 36-year-old Kevin L. Thacker at a Reelsville residence.

Per ISP, Thacker was taken into custody without incident. He is currently being held in the Putnam County Jail, awaiting extradition to Texas.
Thacker faces the following charges:
- Four counts of online solicitation (Level 3 Felony)
- Distribution or display of harmful material to a minor (Class A Misdemeanor)
If convicted, he could face up to 16 years in prison.
