INDIANAPOLIS -- Police are investigating after a man was shot and killed during a disturbance on Indy's near northeast side Friday night.
Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were dispatched around 10:44 p.m. to the 1700 block of East 34th Street after receiving receiving an incomplete 911 call. While en route, officers received a call from a neighbor stating someone had been shot inside of a residence.

According to police, officers learned of a large disturbance inside the home before the shooting took place.
