INDIANAPOLIS -- After officials with the Indiana Department of Transportation announced that I-65 near Beech Grove would be impacted by bridge work on Thursday, officials said that there will also be lane and ramp restrictions on I-465 on the west side of Marion County starting Friday.
According to a news release from INDOT, portions of I-465 will undergo concrete pavement and patching work, which will restrict various lanes and ramps starting on Friday.

At that time, crews will restrict the two left lanes of I-465 northbound between Minnesota St. and I-74. The following ramps will also be closed:
- U.S. 40 eastbound and westbound to I-465 northbound ramp
- U.S. 36 eastbound and westbound to I-465 northbound ramp
- 10th St. eastbound and westbound to I-465 northbound ramp
Officials said the I-70 eastbound collector-distributor will be reduced to two lanes. The release said that the I-70 eastbound to I-465 northbound ramp will also be reduced to one lane.
The expected pavement restoration, bridge deck patching and joint repairs are expected to be complete by 6 a.m. Wednesday, weather permitting, the release said.
