We kick off the opening day for the Indiana State Fair today. Temps will be slightly cooler but unfortunately still humid into the afternoon hours. A few afternoon storms will be possible with downpours likely. The good news is that dry weather will return over the weekend, allowing for places to finally dry out.

Temperatures heading out the door will be sitting in the upper 60s to low 70s with dense fog in a few spots. Highs are expected to top out in the lower 80s with the best chance to see storms in the afternoon.

As we head into the weekend, conditions turn dry and less humid. Expect more sunshine with highs a bit warmer in the upper 80s. You can expect similar conditions heading into Sunday so a few perfect days to head to the fair!
