INDIANAPOLIS — A man is facing charges for his alleged role in a crash on Tuesday that injured eight people, three of which are children in critical condition.
According to the Marion County Prosecutor's Office, 27-year-old Tramayne Harris is charged with multiple DWI counts, many of which resulted in catastrophic or serious bodily injuries. He also faces criminal reckless charges and a learner's permit violation.

Court documents indicate that the MCPO is calling for a seven-day hold request on Harris, plus a motion for greater than standard bond.
In other words, Harris would be held without bond for one week for the purpose of initiating a revocation on his probation. MCPO stated he is currently on federal probation for possession of marijuana with intention to distribute, as well as carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime.
The highest charge Harris currently faces is a Level 4 felony (causing catastrophic injury when operating a vehicle while intoxicated). If convicted, he could face up to 12 years in prison.
