SPEEDWAY, Ind. -- Members of the Speedway High School Football team received a surprising donation from none other than the Colts' number one quarterback Thursday afternoon.
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson surprised the Speedway High School football team with brand-new VICIS helmets as part of his partnership with VICIS and Certor Sports. Richardson, who is set to enter his second year in the NFL with the Colts, wears the VICIS ZERO2, which is the same model the high school players received.
Certor Sports CEO Jeremy Erspamer, Speedway Athletic Director Dan Maple and Speedway Head Football Coach Shane Clampitt were also in attendance.
Richardson is continuing to fully recover from a sprained AC joint in his right shoulder that he sustained last season after undergoing surgery on Oct. 24.
