BOONE COUNTY, Ind. — According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, temporary lane closures on State Road 32 between Shannondale and Lebanon will impact traffic, beginning on or after July 29.
In a press release, INDOT stated that crews will flag operations between County Road 1175 W and I-65 starting Monday, July 29. This is just a small part of a multi-phase project focused on resurfacing roads and shoulder strengthening, they wrote.
The project is currently expected to last until October. However, this is weather permitting and is subject to change.
INDOT added that exercising caution is crucial to travelling through the work zones. This is especially the case with some of the work taking place near Western Boone Jr./Sr. High School.
