Scattered showers have already started, as remnants of Beryl are impacting our weather locally. This morning will bring spotty showers and a warm, humid start out-the-door with temperatures in the 70s.

Expect an unsettled day, as clouds will be heavy at times and passing showers will be with us off and on. Temperatures will reach near 80°, as storm chances begin to increase by the afternoon and into the evening. Due to the angle and track of Beryl, a severe threat will be possible for isolated tornadoes later this evening for a certain section of the state.
It appears that the southern and southeastern part of the state will be highlighted for this severe threat. Conversely, the northwestern part of the state will receive the highest rainfall totals from Beryl with up to 3+" by early Thursday morning, where some local flooding could become an issue.

By Thursday, windy conditions will remain, as Beryl pulls northeast, along with the rainfall retreating. Expect some sunshine by the afternoon, as the pattern begins to stabilize. Heat returns into the weekend.
