Per MFD, the driver of the semi struck a Scorpion Attenuator that was mounted to a highway construction vehicle, which caused his truck to flip on its side. The semi's driver was transported from the scene to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
As of 7 p.m. Monday, southbound lanes of I-69 were still closed while I-70 Towing and Graham's Wrecker Service cleaned up the crash.
